My spouse and I ate here Friday night. We were immediately seated at our table upon entering. The atmosphere was very cozy and it was not that busy during the time that we dined in. Our food was served in less than fifteen minutes. It was hot, delicious, and we ate every bite of it! On top of the good tasting food, we received exemplary service from our awesome waitress, Tiana!
Our waitress did a phenomenal job considering there was 11 of us. I had the outback burger and my daughter had the fried shrimp. She was super organized in taking our order and bringing everything out. My MIL tried to confuse her, but she got it right. Staff was also helpful with our table. Food was excellent. I love the restaurant but it was like the hunger games to get out of the parking lot...sheesh....
Came 8-12-25 for my birthday meal…Brandon was the manager. Our meals were to perfection cooked perfectly. Our server was wonderful and friendly. We had a great time. We did let her know at the end that there was way too much salt on the food for us. Brandon made the time and came out to speak to us. We assured him we enjoyed everything and that our comment was just to bring attention to the heavy salt. We did appreciate his concern and want you to know you have a wonderful manager. Went here recently to celebrate a friend's birthday and had yet another wonderful experience. We were greeted with quick seating and enjoyed the attentive service provided by our waitress. While my steak didn’t initially arrive cooked to my preferred temperature, the staff was quick to offer a remedy, displaying exceptional customer service. To top it off, they treated us to a complimentary dessert, adding an extra special touch to my friend's special day. The gesture was much appreciated and made our celebration even more memorable. Great food, excellent service, and thoughtful staff – definitely a place worth visiting again."
Enjoyed the new Outback Steakhouse in Lexington SC. Of course them being new, they were busy. It def was worth the wait. Have some patience when you go; as everyone else wants to be there too. Food was good. Drinks were good. Service(Kallie) was awesome and Zack came over and was awesome himself!! Will def be back!!
Was in the area and wanted to eat somewhere familiar so I decided on Outback. Had no issue being seated and the service was good. Waitress took the drink orders and it seemed they had other staff available to serve the drinks. Ordered the food and the service was the same as the drinks, fast and brought by other servers. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would eat there again.
